@Adam Acord, do you work with turn key companies? Since I am out of state, I am searching for options. I heard that using them could be good. Can I run my own numbers, and evaluate the properties myself?

I am just starting out. I just joined BP. I think that having a partner someday could be a good idea. I am not sure what I can offer, since I am located in Boston, MA. I never worked with a partner in Real Estate, I heard stories on the BP podcasts. From what I know, since I live at a distance, having a partner in the location where I plan to invest is not bad. I would like to do different thinks with real estate, not only buy and hold... I am sure that at some point when and if I find the right partner(s) I wil be able to know what I can offer a lot better.

I see you are an investor in Texas. Maybe we can network.
