Hey @Korkey Rademacher. I would really like to start with renting out a property 1st but also interested in flipping. I have an agent for the Destin-Navarre area but can't seem to find anyone for the Pensacola region so would be very interested on taking you up on your offer for that region. Like Brian, I had always heard Escambia County economics were not the best but heard of the improvements and thought it would be a nice area to potential invest in also.

Hi all, I am a newbie looking to get involved in real estate investing in the Florida panhandle area( Pensacola to Destin) and working on building my team. I would like for them to be investors themselves. Thank you in advance for any recommendations.
