@Joe Splitrock
Yes, it is indeed on a foundation.
thank you,

We currently have a manufactured home in Oregon that is a rental. I have been turned down several times for refinancing, but I am wondering if it is possible to pull out equity by using a HELOC. Again, this is a rental on 3 acres. It is not our primary residence.

Thank you,

Who did you end up using as your property management company? I am currently looking for someone and any suggestions would be very helpful. Thank you.

I am a remote investor buying in the Tyler, Tx area. I would love to be a part of a meet up. Let me know if anyone plans one. Thank you.

I am interested in anything right now in the Tyler area, but especially multi-family properties. Even properties with a mother in law quarters, a tiny house, or a garage conversion. We just went under contract this week on two homes and I am looking for more. Let me know if you hear of anything. I am not limited, but do really love the Azalea district.

@Mike Provencher - I am a new investor to the Tyler area. Let's talk. I need as much help as possible and would love to hear your experiences.

I am new to Texas investing. We have four doors currently in CA, HI, and OR, but we are looking to move everything to TX. The cost of entry is so appealing and I think that cash flow is pretty promising in the areas that I am looking into. We are less interested in the large urban areas and have our eyes set one smaller suburban cities. We will be putting in offers on SFH, and multifamily homes in the next month. I am hoping to buy 3-4 doors just to get started. I can live with the weather, the taxes, and definitely the political environment which we are fleeing. This thread helps a lot. Thank you for the discussion.
