Hello BP

I am a wholesaler in the Orlando Area and I recently got a house under Contract that has Squatters on the Property.  I mean these are deep rooted squatters in the community , they have weekend Cookouts and Neighborhood watch meetings and the whole 9 yards. ( Well maybe not the community watch meetings, But definitely cookouts. he Burgers were Delicious.) Anyway, I tried to talk to them and tell them they can stay until the property is sold as long as I can let buyers see the inside.  That did not work out so well. So I spoke to the seller and discussed getting them evicted. I told the seller that I would do the leg work and report back to him since he was all the way in Miami. So after many calls and Research it turns out the process is different for squatters than it is for some one who is actually defunct on rental payments, and since the squatters don't pay rent they actually fall in a different process to evict.

So my question is this, Is there any one in BP who has evicted squatters here in the Sunshine State ?

Hello BP Family

I have a Mobile Home that I have as part of the land Deal.

I am needing to get a VIN #  which is not a problem-but I am also needing a RP #

which is a real property Number - is there anyway I can get that without asking the seller?

thanks in advance.

Hello BP family.

My name is Ralph and I am a new wholesaler in the central Florida area. I have a question on a deal that I have been working on for quite a while and I will try to spare you guys from the little details.

I have a seller that wants to sell her property that she inherited from a cousin. the seller's name is on the property on the  county website and I verified that it was in her name. After months of follow up I finally have gotten through to her to  the point where she provided me contact info to the atty. I've called the atty several times and he has not responded. she has called as well and up until now , there still has not been any response from the lawyers office.

This lawyer apparently handled the probate and according to her the probate is over. She feels as though the Lawyer is taking advantage of her because he is sending her bills that are related to the property (I think its the tax bill) but she has not been able to tell me. she is super motivated to sell.

my question is how to I solve the lawyer issue ?

Thanks
