SP 350k; Rehab cost: 100k; Wholesale fee 10k; ARV: 600k Property in Richmond Hills, beautiful views, turning 2.5 garage into a "Man Cave" and 1 car garage, complete renovation. I got the referral through one of my real estate agent relationships.
More importantly the relationship with the rehabber/investor is AWESOME!
