@Wayne Brooks Are there any particular terms that make “the first time home buyer” program a better way to go?

I want to purchase a property!!! I am currently attending different tax sale auctions. I am also looking for fsbos. I think it will be easier for me to purchase my first property using my name and start selling properties using my llc, so I am able to experience being an actual home owner and challenges that may come about, and use my experience to rent out properties I acquire along the way. I was wondering if the 203k Loan would be a good start out given the fact they also loan you money to rehab the property.? Ir thr first time home owner which i havent really gotten a lot of info on. Please help if you’ve had any experience with these type of loans thanks!!!!!!!

I am considering purchasing a property at this upcoming phila tax delinquent sale. I have never purchased a property before. I want to see if this is a good option for a newbie investor? I have a very good understanding of how the sale works and I have attended and went to the free seminar they recommended before you bid on a property. I hear mixed reviews on how long it takes to receive the deed to the home and how long before your able to sell it? Please give feedback thanks!!
