Hi Everyone!

I am currently starting back in the real estate market, after a discouraging start and previously having my first born child.

Although I took some time a way from real estate, I never stopped learning! Currently one exam away(state portion)  from obtaining my real estate license and looking forward to getting involved on the investing side of things.

If anyone can give some insightful tips on how to grab some wholesale deals this winter I would greatly appreciate it!!

Hi,

I am a local wholesaler/investor and I am looking to meet and network with other local investors in the area.  I have several solid leads and properties under contract that will make a great deal.

Feel free to inbox me or contact me so we can exchange information and start doing business together!

Thanks,

Thanks for replying @Jonathan Taylor Smith.

I am available to meet tomorrow around 5:15pm.

It would be  easier for me to meet with you, during lunch hours if possible.

Please feel free to contact me. I look forward to meeting you.

Hello everyone,

I moved to the Raleigh late last year and currently working as a Financial Analyst.

After researching and evaluating wholesaling deals since November, I have the necessary confidence and knowledge to start working on deals.

Since I am new to the area, I am looking forward to meeting other local investors to gain additional insight.

If anyone can give positive feedback, I would greatly appreciate your time and assistance.
