They are scam artists. Stay away from them. We had a horrible experience dealing with them. Took our app fee and then ghosted us.

Stay away from them they are scam artists.

Stay away from Silversky capital out of Lubbock, TX.

They took our application fee and then did nothing. Did not communicate for 3 weeks and did not do any underwriting or order any appraisal / survey. When we requested a refund they just ghosted us.

Dealt with Jerry Yang and Guatam Shah. They are nothing but scam artists. Stay away from them.
