Hello. I am really keen on starting my real estate career this year in Canada but as we all know the interest rates are pretty high currently all over world. How to tackle this? Or should I wait another year to get things to cool off a little?

Also wanted to know that if I start this year would the average rent ROI cover my monthly mortgage loan payments in Canada?

Would love to hear from your feedback on all of this. Thank you in advance!
