Hi @jaseem a.

Thanks for your feedback.  First, How do you track the finances of the rental properties you own?  I'm interested in understanding how you track/manage the P&L projections before purchasing, P&L and budgets that you track throughout the year, and any tax reports and platforms you use to generate information for your accountant or tax services.  Second, how do you prioritize your needs to manage the finances of your properties (and personal finance)? What would you look for in a software that helps with personal/rental finances plus management of the properties?

Thanks in advance!

Rajan.

Hello,

My name is Rajan and I am doing research to understand the technology needs of property owners. I am looking to speak to individuals who own property as a do-it-yourself landlord, uses a property manager, uses some technologies for management, or uses no technologies for management.

I'm requesting to have a conference call that will take between 25-35 minutes.  Feel free to let me know what technologies come to mind if you cannot speak to me on the phone, though.

Feel free to reach out to me

Thanks for your time.

Cheers,

Rajan.
