Which VA firm gave you the best experience with cold calling and appointment setting?

hello! Market in Charlotte is hot! Hard to find multi family deals but single family is easier. Suggestion would be to focus on ROI and if that works attempt to secure good SF homes faster.

Newbie here! Just trying to set up systems right before I get out there. What is the best CRM tool that will send automated Texts, Emails and RVMs? (Use case is -  while i am away and I could not talk to sellers or after my initial conversation - this CRM tool sends constant communication on my behalf).
