How much value goes down for a house with foundation issues, found a house for FixNFlip, they mentioned it has foundation issues and they got them fixed, but whats the value reduction from market price , How safe it is to purchase house like these 

I have not seen any deals with this much spread like rehab+pp/.75, is this still valid and expected, because I have not come across any in this range

One question, can i list in FSBO as well as with an Agent ? which ever comes first ?

Is there anyway to minimize or avoid agent costs, I don't have much scope for profit if I pay agent costs, what options typically one has

 kris over at anderson agency is solid. we use him for all of our policies. 


 If we go with any GC then we don't need insurance during REHAB right ? if we choose sub contractors for each work and we manage all the work independantly then need to take insurance is that correct ?
