Hire a reliable property manager who will treat your investment as it was their own. Dm if you would like an intro.

How the heck do you get furniture into an unfurnished property when investing remotely ?

Generally speaking, I think a local handy-person (once you find one) is the answer here.

You can order the majority of what you need on Amazon, including furniture. You could leverage Amazon Key to have everything delivered to your garage, and then have your handy-person install everything.

If you don't mind paying a little extra, you could also hire an interior designer, and they'll likely source all of their own furnishings for you.

I furnished a place recently and ended up collecting everything in my own garage. I rented a u-haul to drive it all up there once I had everything. I'm about 3 hours away, so I was fortunately close enough to do it. Depending on how far away you are, that may not be an option.

Hi all,

Any tips for investing in the Poconos ? What areas , what type of property TH, 3/2,4/2 ? Agents  ? How the heck do you get furniture into an unfurnished property when investing remotely ? Team suggestions ?

Thanks -- owe you a margarita ! Cheers
