@Raines Williams If the property is real property (land and mobile home attached), you can use a regular contract. If separated (land versus mobile home as personal property), you may have to use a specific form. You may want to contact your local manufactured home association to see if they have the forms available. Some will if you join the group as a member. Good luck!

Good morning everyone!

I currently have a seller in MD who is anxious to sell. Which is great! My problem is I'm not sure which type of contract is needed to be used so I can have the title temporarily in my name, giving me the rights to sell. The seller does pay taxes on the land every month but the title to the mobile home is in the sellers name. Any advice would be appreciated!
