Thanks a lot on the reply. I confess I am green as a can be on Real Estate Wholesaling. that is my niche. But as I have been hitting the books hard on the Flipping concept. And at this point as I see it, finding investor's for my home listing is going to be the big thing for me. I live in a small area and everybody knows everybody. I do not live so far out that I do have running water. Just joking! There are large city's within 30 miles of my home. Oh and I love the Beginner's Guide ,Some more history, Got a home inspection course under my belt, I owned a heating, AC, electric business for 10 years. All I have ever known is work. Please don't take me wrong I am not bragging, I am just thankful!

What is good is this! When you join a group like BP forms and you are new. you feel very confortable, that is a good thing. Clayton here with a add on. I am from claremont il with a strong desire to learn flipping homes with single family as my niche. Real Estate first and trains later!

How about 68 for a start ( that is body age not mind) Spent 35 years working in the rail industry as sales rep. Loved my job!
