@Brenden Mitchum Thank you for some great insights. I do have idea where I want to get started in terms of the initial capital, and kind of returns I expect. Also, I am certainly looking forward to network with experts and other investors  in Atlanta to understand the market and gather as much information as I could possibly.

I am 28 years old, and still building my path to real estate investing. I have read few books and listened to podcasts on real estate investing, but I am absolutely a newbie to making real estate investment of my own. My goal is to invest into rental property to build equity and generate additional cash flow. There is so much information available that I feel exhausted at times to know where should I focus. After months of research, I have narrowed down greater Atlanta area as my target region, and looking for guidance on where to find good investment properties and how do I start?
 

I really appreciate if someone can help me point into right direction or share any guidance from your experience.
