have you looked into bank owned my realtor sells a bunch of those if u can spend what it takes to get the places up tp par there should be room to flip

Biggest problem is high turnover but what seems crazy to you someone lives there donโ€™t spend to much fixing the place think livable not rentable

Does a crash stop people from renting? Just keep your price point mid range so in a crash your not trying to rent LUXURY rentals

just want to thank everyone on this post I haven't had to get a new green card yet but I'm glad it's pretty close to what section 8 would look for

5+ units are commercial loans just look at your bottom line and from the states your naming you have some flights to get on before you make your final decision. Stick to cities with a higher growth potential $500k can go along way but you don't want 200 units that can't be rented

sound like he went back to his wife ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ u didn't have to evict and he's following thru with his terms of the lease just find a new tenant

So I'm going to speak with an investor this week I would like to offer them a 18 month contract with 10% interest only payments until I refi and pay back the loan for my investors are these terms you would agree to for everyone else how has this gone and what kind of terms have you used??
