Anyone heard about opportunity zones? We are setting up an opportunity fund and will Work on creating a vehicle to help investors defer gains while investing into a fund that will develop properties in MN. This is exciting legislature which will will impact depressed areas of MN and create jobs and opportunities!

I noticed that BP does not have too many posts or info on Commercial Real Estate investing. I am new to BP but would like to start a thread talking about strategies I used to wholesale/arbitrage Commercial RE deals as well as deal structure technics for maximum passive cashflow. I am passionate about RE investing and have been lucky to have met some mentors. In the last five years I was able to buy/sell/hold over $50 mil of deals, many of which were structured with low down seller financing and other creative financing. If anyone needs any help with deal analysis and acquisition strategy please feel free to ask. Will be happy to help in any way I can.
