@Elise Marquette I mean would I be able to have a fha duplex and a VA duplex out at the same time . I know I have benefits remaining.

@David Pere I know I have a balance remaining .. I just wanted to make sure there was no conflict in owning a duplex with a fha and a duplex with a VA at the same time ..

I have a VA single family home that I moved out of after living there for 5 years .. just moved into a duplex one year ago with an FHA .. so both homes are still on existing mortgages . would I be able to obtain another VA loan for a duplex ? I know I can have two VA loans but would I be able to get a duplex are there any stipulations ... Subject matter experts : please provide insight and your qualifications so weather it be underwriter / owner that did same / loan officer etc...

Also any resources as to where I would be able to view the verbage on the guidelines .

Theres delanco, Deptford , washington township , east greenwich .. those are the central jersey places I would recommend .. the unicorns are there but they are rare but will make you money ! More than happy to work with you - central jersey is my area :)

@Randall Esquivel yes NJ is good... So long as you get a good deal ! As mentioned houses are expensive and taxes can potentially be high . A lot of people are looking in places that have multi families as the norm ( North Jersey ) .. but if you can get your hands on a multi family in central /south Jersey that would be great too because taxes are significantly lower and rent is just slightly ( to significantly) but leaving a better cash flow . The houses in central south jersey are also significantly cheaper for equal amount of house ! Let me know if I can help any further . I have resources in North Jersey and South Jersey to help you WIN :)
