i dont pay the late , but i have put on a credit card for a better return on buying real estate. i currently ow about 35k in credit cards. off course there on a low interest promo

Was looking at a twelve flex no parking in the  95202 area. Seven vacant five rented what do you think of this area. Is is it really bad. Close to down town.
