@Colt W. I'm glad you posted again because we are wondering the same thing.  Things change over time with mergers, acquisitions, innovation. We're looking for current input on SiteLink vs. StorEdge vs. ESS. Would love to know what you learned and what you've decided on!

@Scott Bottomley yes, great advice especially since new investors are often challenged by analysis paralysis.  We're planning to move forward quickly but wanted to see what insights were out there first. Definitely appreciate your perspective!

@Bob Lachance thank you! Much appreciated!

@Guy Kirkland we've looked into Deal Machine but haven't tried anything yet.  Limited for time & hoping to get a good fit the first time rather than lots of trial & error.

Have messaged with some super helpful people, thanks to all!  Looking forward to more discussion in this tread as well.

Now with more information, wondering what people are using as a CRM.  I've heard Podio mentioned a bit, would appreciate more insight.  REIPro has a built in CRM.  I'd like to hear from anyone using that.  We both have very busy professional careers, so if the built-in CRM is solid, that would be a great time saver.

Have also gotten feedback that Deal Sherpa has some advantages over Launch Control. Welcome all comments about these two vs. other skip tracing programs.  Price is not as important as accuracy, but can't figure out how to compare accuracy.

Also, heard about Launch Control as a separate SMS service.  Has anyone tried combining this with any of the platforms listed in my original post?  If so, what did you think?

Have searched & read the many forum posts re: many platforms including PropStream, ListSource, DealMachine, Property Radar, REIPro, The Automated REI, Carrot. They have been helpful, but still feeling a little overwhelmed by a plethora of options.

We've read about them all individually but wondered if anyone who has familiarity with or who has used multiple different platforms could offer some advice. We've read that with many of them, the skip tracing is subpar so have connected with some individuals who can do that for us, but not sure if that is likely to be more accurate?

We understand that a title company, town assessor's office, etc is more accurate, but we are struggling to find the connections & time for this.

We aren't total newbies; we have some rental properties already, but with the market so tight, we are looking to broaden our approach and haven't tried these methods before. We are looking to find off market deals w/lead lists & SMS. We are using BP Pro as well as our own analysis tools to evaluate deals. Cost of the platform is not a huge issue as long as it's accurate & easy to use.

All insight & recommendations welcome!

@Ken R. are you still using REIPro?  Still liking it?

@Curtis H. Did you ever switch to REIPro completely?  Any feedback?

Thank you!

Rae

@Jason D. could you elaborate re: why you prefer the BP calcs?

@Anton Ivanov It looks like a nice platform.  We have been using BP Pro and are always interested to incorporate new tools on our learning journey.  Could you highlight a few ways that using DealCheck could augment what we are doing on BP Pro?

Many thanks--

Rae

@David Bardwell still a big fan of DealCheck?  Do you find that it offers advantages over using the BP calculator?  If so, I'd love to know more.  Also, do you still have a promo code or know how to get one?

@Derek Sommers did you try DealCheck?  Thoughts?

Thank you!

Rae

@Jason N. thanks for the info. Does anyone else have input on Sherpa vs. Launch Control?  Love to hear from anyone using them currently, esp Sherpa since it sounds like they're making changes.
