Hey Travis,

Congratulations on your success so far! It sounds like you've made great progress so far and are looking for either new markets or a different type of strategy. So far, I've invested in 1 SFH long term rental and while it's been fun, I'm already thinking about others ideas such as: BRRRR and Short Term Rentals. I've been doing a lot of research myself and found some great options. Would love to connect if you're looking for the same

Hi Everyone,

I recently got a new job that

allows me to live remotely in any part of

the country. I wanted to make the most

of this opportunity and invest in real

estate. So far, I have 1 turn key investment

property but I've been living on rent and

my lease just ended. With the flexibility,

I'm wondering if any of you have any

guidance on the best markets for duplex,

triplex, and quadplexes so that I can live

in one of the units and rent out the others

to long term tenants. I'm hoping to use

the house hacking strategy and put down

3.5% down using the FHA loan. Ideally I'd

love to have a great cash flowing triplex

or quadplex property in the $200k-$450k

range. Looking for advice on what markets

to look into!

Thank you and greatly appreciated!

@Axel Meierhoefer

Hi Axel, I'm a new investor and am looking to start off with Turnkeys as well. What markets do you invest in? And do you have any recommendations for great TurnKey providers?

Awesome! I love that - my goal is to buy my first property by June and still am open to regular rentals as well as turnkeys. Would definitely love to stay in touch :)

Hey all,

I've looking to invest in small multifamily rentals with steady cash flow. As an out of state investor, I've narrowed down my search to Ohio, Indiana, and Texas.

Was wondering if anyone has recommendations on some Turnkey providers in those markets?

Thanks!
