I'm a newbie and still learning how to analyze/compare different areas. I have local lists of Absentee Owned Homes, Paid Off Mortgages, Recently Flipped Homes, etc. for every neighborhood in a particular city (I'm using census tract as a proxy for neighborhood) and I'm trying to figure out what to make of all this info.

What is the most relevant information about a city from real estate investment perspective?

Thank you Elise Marquette, Kenneth Garrett and Rick Pozos! I always thought hard money and private lenders are the same thing. They usually represent themselves as Private Lenders. I'm a total newbie and need to learn a lot, including the lingo.
@RickPozos, you are lucky to have friends & relatives to lend you money :)
Thank you again, guys!

Top Investor app doesn't have watch lists but you can monitor particular neighborhoods (it uses census tract as a proxy for neighborhood)

Hi guys, this is a general question: Are private lenders less strict than the banks in regards to their loan requirements?

Hi Jesse Daconta! I'm still learning the basics. I'm thinking & researching about flipping and wholesaling but I'm not sure. Still a lot to learn..

My name is Rada Vassil and I am a founder of the Top Investor app. I feel that I’m at the point where I need to stop researching and start connecting with others in the real estate investment community. Real estate investing is a tricky business and I’m excited to meet and learn from others.
