Congratulations on becoming debt free and working for a down payment for your first house!  I had gas in one of my houses outside of Austin, and it was great. As Lauren mentioned, it generally runs in that $20-$60 per month range for bills.

I am an investor out of Austin, Texas. I have only invested within Texas. I am looking at a BRRR property in Gulfport, MS. I am seeking any referrals on property managers and contractors (it will need a lot of work) and any insight on the Gulfport market.
