Arizona short term rental market takes a significant hit in the summer d/t the heat.  I am looking for creative ways to market my furnished rental in Phoenix to people who will be traveling for reasons other than pleasure - Mayo Clinic stays, corporate events, business, etc. Any suggestions as to how I may reach Mayo Clinic patients and their families as well as corporate travelers. My home is a 3 bed 2 bath with a pool and everything you need to live comfortably for an extended stay. Thank you for your thoughts and advice.
