Hi All!

I'm new here in Spokane. I've always had an interest in real estate but never got around to it. I've been in the bar/restaurant industry for 10 years and am ready to move on. My husband just finished school and we have two little ones at home. My goal is to move to being a stay at home mom, while managing our real estate investments.  I would love to obtain a multi-family rental property within the year and I'm interested in creative ways to fund these investments with little capital.

I would love to connect with anyone in the area and learn from others experiences. I'm open to any advice anyone has for me.
