@Greg Gaudet I'm still at that paper work phase Learning to analyze a property. Currently at a snails pace but it's getting along. The hardest part for me is trying to learn how to get the ARV on properties and using the tools to assess the cash on cash return

Thanks I will definitely look at your page for examples. I never thought about condos before in Hawaii, just assumed they weren't worth it

Aloha all I am trying to learn more about real estate. I live in Hawaii and with the economy here it feels impossible to buy and turn a profit in this market. Has anyone had any success? Please share your story
