Tough location but incredible views and privacy.

Investment Info:

Condo commercial investment investment in Pittsburgh.

Condo development with mixed use commercial and parking garage. Millcraft Investments was the developer. I worked on the sales team in 2014 and helped sell out the remaining units in the the building.

How did you add value to the deal?

Sold out the remaining units and now resale most units in the building.

What was the outcome?

Sold the same condo more than once on multiple units.

Lessons learned? Challenges?

2008 market crash - project took longer than anticipated for sell through.

I see this thread is older, but insightful as many changes have taken place since. My question is, if you are an owner of a apt building (new build, new construction) that is strictly AirBnB, what is the required parking ratio in the city of Pittsburgh? Anyone know the answer to that one?? Thanks!
