Thank You.

This website does not have my house details. Unit1 and 3 were already on section 8 before I brought the property so they should have lead certificates. Unit 2 is the one first time on section 8 this website has a old record from 1992 for this unit. Previous owner brought the property in 2009 and that is when all the units were deleaded and this website does not have any info about any of the units. Any thoughts I can get the copy or should I get it reinspected?

Hello All,

I borough my first multi family property in 2018 and during closing the previous landlord provided me with the lead certificates and I have misplaced it. Now I am renting my unit to section 8 and they need the lead certificate , can anybody suggest how do I get the copy of the lead certificates?
