@Anthony Thompson much more deal flow in Indiana and Ohio. Harder to find large multifamilies in RI that aren't more vintage 

Thank You! Where are your properties? That you manage? 

Thanks for asking! Properties are harder to find in RI, and tend to be older vintage. Both markets are a bit overpriced, considering  taxes and insurance are so expensive now. I am finding it is hard to have deals pencil out. What do you do? What’s your thoughts?
