Does anyone have experience with Dr. Chau Ong Beyond BNB Secrets MTR Rental Course? It is a corporate housing arbitrage mentoring program.

I'm about to sign up but wanted to do my due diligence I want to check with people here if this is legit and if the program is worth the money they as asking for. There are a lot of influencers, courses, and coaches out there who only want to make money by selling subpar information that doesn't help people.

Please let me know if you have any experience or information on this particular program or a better program or coach.

@Xavier Toefield I went to the 3 day RAL Academy and was impressed by their resources joining the Inner Circle. If you're just starting out, finance wise, its beneficial to find and purchase an existing RAL then build/convert a property. I'm currently in San Antonio, TX talking to current owners and working on those relationships.

I'm trying to do the same in the DFW TX area. How do you approach existing RAL owners with a request to learn from them or work with? Are you finding them open to talking to you knowing you may become competition? Please tell.

Hi Xaviar,

I'm a beginner investor in Dallas, TX area interested in residential assisted living for investment and for upliftment of this industry. I was also considering RAL academy online or in-person training. Please let me know if you already took it and what was your experience?

Did you get enough information to help you get started (i'm a beginner so I may need more basic info)?

Were you able to get Texas specific information?

Any advice that may help me get started or keep me out of pitfalls?
