@Caleb Heimsoth I am not sure if I can refinance a government loan and the private loan I have. Do you know of any good company/lenders that can help.

Hi All,

For the past couple of weeks I have been looking at some deals in NJ and I was wondering if anyone has any insight to the market? Are there any areas to definitely stay away from? What I am looking to do is some fix and flip to raise "quick capital", however I mostly want to do buy and hold for the long term.

I personally live in NY and it doesn't take much to commute to the area to see the property first hand, I just don't want to take a trip for nothing. If anyone has information or is in the NJ/NY area any information would be greatly appreciated.

I have been trying to get into investing for sometime now, however what holds me back the most is my student loan debt (among my other financial obligations). Are there any tips/tricks to get into real estate with high loan balances and credit card debt?

@Account Closed I am looking to invest every where, however I would like to start in NY. I think the NY market might be a little saturated for something. What my main focus is to buy-and-hold.

Hi Everyone,

I am not sure what to say here. I am new to investing and I know that this is the place to start. I have been listening to the podcast for sometime now and the information has been invaluable, but now I want to put it to use. I live in Westchester County in New York and I think it is a decent market.

Also, I am trying to find like minded individuals in the area to start a group with. So if there are any people here from new york please let me know.

Great to meet you all.
