I checked out the site and the video started playing automatically. The guy on the video said he bought a HUD home $18.47. I feel a little skeptical. Do way more research on it and see if there have been other people who have tried it. I've never heard of it though. You should try Googling: "System Saturday review" or System Saturday Complaints" or "scam" and see what comes up. Good Luck!

@ Steve J. Hey Steve, thanks, this is great advice. I will definitely keep it in mind when asking questions about the program.

@ Michael W. Hi Mike, I have been educating myself with the resources here on BP and other sources outside of BP. Thank you for the advice… Just not knowing what to expect in a coaching program is what is causing the concern. I just don’t want to pay and then find out later that I could’ve learned it in a book for free; but if there’s a lot of hands on learning in the program, then I feel that it would definitely be worth it for me. Thanks again!

@ Joey Noel Thanks Joey, I am definitely keeping an eye out for the scammers. So far this coaching program seems like it would be a good investment based on the research I’ve done so far. Thanks for taking the time to respond!

You guys are awesome! Okay, so I will give the coaching program a go. I went to my first REIA last week on Veterans Day and I had a blast! I met a few investors and I'm so excited to get started with the hands on learning part of my journey. Thank you Keith, Bryan, Jay and Paul for taking the time out to respond to my question. I'm truly grateful. I'll give an update about how the coaching program went.

Thanks again!

Hello,

I'm thinking about signing up with a real estate coaching program. Has anyone else taken this path and would you mind sharing any pros and cons. Thanks!
