Hey Yall, what type of CPA should I hire for my RE LLC? I need someone to help make sure Im writting off the right stuff, to make sure my LLC is set up correctly, and all the other legal stuff. If someone could help me out, i would greatly appreciate it!

Hey Yall, i have an LLC and ive decided that Im going to start wholesaling. Should I do it under my LLC or is that not needed?

@Matt Nico No no no, i actually need that. Honestly thank you so much, i need people to tell me the truth more often so i really appreciate it for real. To disolve the LLC i have now, i would just type something like "How to disolve my LLC?" Or something like that?

Hey Yall, so Im a new investor in South Jersey and I just created an LLC through the government website and I have my EIN number. What are the next steps i Need to take so Im not taxed as a sole proprietor and that I have everything set up right? If someone could get back to me that would be greatly appreciated!!

@Brenden Mitchum Yeah all of what you said really sparked my questions in the first place. Right now Im saving up for a down payment but I was thinking about using the Hard Money to Refinance Strategy because it might be the best option for me rn. Appreciate the response!!

Hey yall, Im pretty new to Real Estate investing and ive been reading a lot of books on Real Estate Investing too. In the news and other outlets, ive heard a lot of talk about a housing market crash or recession. I was wondering if I should still be investing prior to this and during a possible crash/recession? If someone could give me some insight, I would appreciate it alot!
