Any probate specialist in here know what it means when the P.R is the county public administrator

Ok guys I got a lot of leads that are in a trust and I’m not sure how to go about finding or talking to owner of the trust

Hey guys thanks for all the support I have a property I’m interested in in its a really nice neighborhood borded up in good condition still I looked up the owner and he’s 90 the numbers I got for him we’re off I don’t see any record of death or anything what do I do from here I’m kinda stuck but I really want to know what’s going on with it

I still no nothing on probate at all really starting to look into because a few of my leads will be probate situations but if the owner has no heirs is there still a way for me to get the property

Hey guys so I have been driving for dollars finding vacant homes I got a bunch of leads I have sent some mail but really want to call these people and talk to them personally been searching county websites facebook google whitepages and I cannot come up with any number to call these people any advise will be golden thanks

OK so im trying to find deals that are not on mls because I keep hearing everyone saying there are no deals and after running the numbers on a lot of properties im starting to realize this for myself so im going to start driving for dollars now. I keep hearing having a postcard campaign and things of that nature my question is how to you guys find out who to send these postcards to basically were do I start if I want to start sending yellow letters
