I’m new to investing and learning the ropes. I want to focus on fix and flips. Looking for a local investor that wouldn’t mind taking me under their wing and mentoring me for a short period of time. Also, if there are any books I can read or podcasts I should tune in to just drop names and links at the bottom. Thank you in advance!
