I would recommend calling Rodney Garren's team.  They have the pulse on the rentals in the area and are also realtors so when you are ready to buy they can also assist.  Let me know and I can send you his number.

In the last year I have purchased a 7 unit property in Belmont, NC.  We have been updating the units but now need to focus on the landscaping.  We have been using a property management company but we are looking at other options for the vender to manage the landscaping needs.  We wanted to know if anyone has any recommendations based on their experiences in this area.
