I am curious about any process other than bankruptcy 

The bankruptcy court has a waiver to sign when you do not have the funds to proceed with the bankruptcy filings and other documents. When the documents was observed it says that it is a form of pauperism. Which I would think is surrendering the rights due to the inconsistency of income or no income or wages? 

If this is so I am curious about how that’s not a form of power of attorney surrendering all actions of the procedure to the courts favor and not in the favor of the homeowner?

As the documents read in state federal courts such as Connecticut and Maine and probably other court locations. 
I am asking for confirmation from the experts that has read these documents

End goal of the civil and human rights trust association - handle the accounting.. bookkeeping.. contract’s administration …all contracts research 🔬 

save the tenants humiliation and ignorance of their own contracts 

and possibly educate them on how to recoup settle removed the costs in foreclosure proceedings if they must leave their homes…no short sales or dignity ripping tactics  

Working towards fairness in contractual disputes obligations matters 

All court summons are handled with dignity for the people  

Administrators over the client/family new and old contractual obligations - meaning no court appearance if it’s submission is direct to the sources

 sounds like a "scheme" to work with people who were foreclosed upon to get them any overages in the sale, which either the courts or the trustee would provide anyways.

Administration of the debt contract claim directly to the department and agencies from the buyer side of a transaction is not a scheme.

If it is …all bankers courts brokers are scheming. 
trustee can be fired or replaced. Power of attorney does that.

 Well I am talking about after the court proceedings has ended the judge grant the surplus amount from the foreclosure proceedings 

Is it common to lose the home in a foreclosure court case and be awarded a surplus amount three times the amount? 

I heard the that bankruptcy is what is offered the most. But the courts awarded the surplus three times the initial amount of the value of the home and they still auction the home.

As I was doing a court debt contract. I come across a client. Requiring help to stop the foreclosure to keep the home. 

As I am explaining there is too much knowledge to how to recover or settle the property and land taxes. The debt contract for foreclosure are extensive. The administration process alone can takes months to go through. This why everyone is refusing to go other routes. They go to court. Instead of researching the spiderweb of contracts dealing with foreclosure 

Again she wanted to keep her home. Well that didn’t happen but she did get a surplus from the foreclosure which was above more than what the house selling price would have been. 

The problem is she was hurt to let go of the home. Successful foreclosures to keep a home i have found take a lot of time and effort to recover settle or to prove the actual point of the purpose of the amount being taken by multiple lenders and banks and outside deals. 

So our private member association. Try not to do foreclosures that has been more than 10 years since it’s a hassle to keep up with the funding and the time it takes to successfully settle the debt 


anyone has this problem?
