Sorry for my delayed response. My wife just received her all clear, she is cancer FREE!!!

Anderson Group: 

Seth and Chance have been outstanding these past few weeks. Actually, they have been waiting on me for a few items. As I mentioned in some of my earlier post, I decided to purchase the Titanium package. It was on sale and included unlimited L.L.C creation. 

Seth and Chance were able to get a in house attorney to create a special Lease option agreement for me and the attorney reached out to ensure it met my specifications. This is key! Why....well because most of us will look for deals in a specific region based on our comfort. My region includes 4 states. It would be very expensive for me to have 4 lawyers creating 4 different documents for my special needs.

The business structure that Anderson created for me is fantastic for my business needs. It allows me to write of my insurance premiums from my day time job as a regional at a fortune 500 company. It allows me to create other wealth builder and save tremendously on taxes and other expenses right out the gate! 

Ladies and gentlemen, I don't know about you, but I couldn't find anyone to open a C- Corp, 3 L.L.Cs, and a personal Attorney to complete a living trust (Private meeting with my family), role my current home into the business structure and out of my name, serve as my registered agent, collect all of my mail, take all of my phone calls, and unlimited L.L.C creation for the price I paid!  

If you try to complete these items on you own, with lawyers who may have limited knowledge, you will most likely pay over 10k and not fully understand what you bought! 

Well.....these are my two cents. I know I promised a few of you personal phone calls and/or emails and have not gotten with you. So sorry, was dealing with a family crisis but God got us through! I will be contacting you this week!

Anderson Group Update:

I am in the final stages of getting my living trust completed. The consultation with the lawyer was about 45 minutes. It’s a very dark conversation but necessary. This was the last segment of our structure completion.

Anderson did a great job setting up all of our entities without any issue. I have been a little disappointed over the past few days. I ran across two assignment lease option deals and needed some special contracts. I reached out to my advisor and he immediately reached out to the lawyer team. Its been about 4 days and do not have my specialized contracts. I know I am a very impatient person, but in the game of real estate, every second counts. The seller can go cold at any minute.

Pros:

Advisor and staff at Anderson have been very quick to respond to request.

Entities setup in as little as three days (All aspects)

Value: Living Trust, 4 entities out the box for the price

Unlimited entities at my request

Special contract creation = no extra charges

Cons:

First request for special contract over 4 days outstanding

I will update you as I continue to learn. Anderson group provides corporate headquarters services for my structure(s), hopefully this will control the overhead. The holding company will be the shareholders of the C-Corp. We will be able to do some creative things with 401k, insurance (100% reimbursed), etc. We will only have one Scheduled K on tax returns.

My next meeting is tomorrow at 2:30pm, then after the holidays.

Please note that its too early to give the Anderson group a glowing post. Either I have just wasted a lot of money or I have made one of the most wisest decisions when it comes to asset protection, access to tons of contracts, accountants and attorneys. 

I am fairly new to bigger pockets and the real estate investment world. I am a H&W Regional for Wal-mart Inc (See my Linkedin page). I travel almost every week over 6 plus states, very hard to post every other day. Hence, I am looking to generate more time for church and family! Since I am new here and really want to add value to any and all investors I come in contact with, I am willing to share my experiences with the Bigger Pockets family. This has been my experience so far;

Sr. Strategist = Seth Perlman. 

Seth's Assistant = Chance Truscott

After I paid, they sent me over my proposed structure, which included Holding LLC, Living Trust, C-corp, LLC in each state (1:1). I am willing to share these emails with anyone if you would like to see the details. This would have been very helpful in defeating my fears.

They will have all of these entities up and running before weeks end. Also, they will place my personal home in a land trust. I am keeping my fingers crossed, but so far, they have been right on time and holding to their word. 

On another note, I just visited with Jered Sturm who started our North Atlanta Real Estate Meetup. He introduced a speaker, Vincent Crane who was awesome. I offered to share all of my resources to anyone in my group that I am afforded from the Anderson group. I want to give as much as possible because I know if will add value in my relationships and professional growth in this new venture.  I welcome any words of wisdom along the way.

Hello Bigger Pockets. I am a newbie and looking at offering on my first deal. I need some advice. I found a huge home that can be used as commercial or residential. I have negotiated owner financing (Thanks Brandon Turner). Its located on a very busy road and has been used for a daycare and rental property. Built in 1960 and upgraded to Daycare standards. I can purchase for 40k (8k down, then payments). The area is a class B- area with 2 other commercial businesses respectfully located right before the 5 street busy intersection. Home has rented for $850 / month as a rental as well. Any insight if I should purchase and overcome my newbie fear?
