Hi; I need funding to do fix and flips of single family homes.

Right now I like the looks of a home in Atlanta Georgia. I need $75,000 to complete the deal in approximately one months time. We can then split the profit 50/50.

Also, if anyone has knowledge of funding sources I would be glad to look that over.
