My goals for 2011 is to do my first deal as a wholesaler. Steps I will be taking are, but not limited to, completing my profile, setting up my UPS address next week for mails and getting a foreclosure list for mailing.

Thanks, Charles..I certainly will. I appreciate it. I am spending most of the time now looking for the questions that I have and really seem to find all the answers so far. With the answers I have retrieved, I have already put some things in place.

The one thing I have difficulty with though, is setting up my website. Do I really need at least 4 websites (i.e., selling, wholesaling, etc?)
