Hello,

I am based of California and read Brandon turners book on real estate investing. It was very motivating.

Was thinking of buying and holding SFH in Austin region. Would love to get feedback on it. After initial research seems Leander could be a good long term investment. Can you share the feedback on Leander rental market and appreciation. Also which pockets to look at and which one to avoid.
