How are you ? Hope you are doing good in this difficult times.

I am from india too living in canada at the moment. Yes BP is a very good place to educate yourself regarding RE Investing. India is not so good market in cash flowing rental properties but you can invest in different things in india too like land and commercial real estate. Also as a non resident you can invest in canadian real estate too.

If you need any kind of help or just wanna talk shoot me up a txt ! I would love to help you - ps - i may not know ans to all ur questions but we shall figure it out !

Hello everyone i am Purav. I am from India and i am currently residing on a work permit status in Whitby, Ontario, Canada. I have recently cleared my post graduation in Project Management + International Business and have a background in Computer Science from back home.

My family back in India is into long term buy and hold real estate investing in farmlands, empty plots and commercial spaces. I came to Canada in 2017 and came across Bigger Pockets in 2018. Since then, i have considered myself a student of real estate investment and BP podcast & the site as my teachers.

I am a highly energetic young individual who have no real hands on experience of REI but possess a strong determination and desire to learn and make the best out of situations i face !

I am looking forward to working for/with someone with whom, i can learn and grow as a real estate investor inreturn of my sweat equity.

Few of my hobbies include photography, playing cricket and learning about new things.
