I recently bought a single family house (for renting purpose) and I have applied for an LLC last week and waiting for certificate to arrive (should receive by this coming week). I found a tenant yesterday and did their background check and did the paperwork including signing a year lease. I have to rush it because they were looking to move in by next week since they moved from other town and are current staying at the Marriott. What steps I need to take to get my rental property from my name to my newly created LLC name? Thanks!

Which tool/software do you guys use/recommend to track your income and expenses for your rental properties?

Hi, I recent closed on my first investment property and found a tenant. I wanted to know if there is any auto pay tools or services I can setup for my tenant so that they won't forget to pay on time every month. Wanted to know how you guys do this?

Hi! I recently closed on my first investment rental property and I already found a tenant. I want to form an LLC for my investment rental property rand have already did some research. Just wanted your advise on what you guys suggest and how you guys did it. What is the best way to form an LLC. Please suggest any websites or other info that you have used to form your LLC.
