We own two properties right now, our Single-family home, and one condo unit on the island of Montreal which we are looking for a tenant at this time. But once we find the tenant we will be positive cash flowing this summer.
We are super obsessed with achieving our goals and retire early from our day jobs! And pursue our passion in real estate forever!
We have bought our home by using the equity in our condo after 3 years. We initially put a 5% down payment.
Now we are scouring the market to find our next venture. An income property, ideally cash flowing positively multi-family building.
Our education is only just beginning, we are still learning every day but we love the real estate game! Only channel that gets put on our TV too is HGTV
The conundrum we are facing is paying a chunk of cash to join a coaching program with Keyspire. In your post Jaideep you mentioned you guys invested in yourselves in mentorship. Is this the coaching program, or type of program you have invested into with your wife?
