Hi! My Husband just made it to the new house we bought in Cincinnati, OH.  We knew it was a total fixer, but it looks like we might need to do some foundation work.  Does anyone have any suggestions for contractors that do foundation work in the Carthage area in Cincinnati, OH?  We are new to the area, so we are going to be looking in the google machine:)  Thanks!

The public records call this a duplex and I see 2 front doors, but you stated it was a Single Family. Was it converted to a SFH or is it still a duplex? Thank you!

Hi Eric!  We are hoping to be working in that market in about a month.  My husband and I are moving out there to work the fix and flip angle.  We are very, very new to this, but thought we would make a go at it.  We would love to connect with you once we are up there.   It would be nice to make some BP friends in the area!

Thank you @Alex Brookbank  I will look them up!  We don't have any leads, so this is better than what we have!  This being our first rehab, we would be expecting more retail rates, our other option would just be googling vendors:)   I appreciate it!  

Hey! Does anyone know a good Plumber and/or Electrician in Cincinnati, OH?  Near Carthage?  We are going to need one soon.  We are excited about doing most of the work ourselves, but we are going to need to hire out the Plumbing and Electrical.  Any leads would be appreciated.  Work is not being done for about 3-4 weeks.
