Hello everyone, I recently listened to a podcast where the guest spoke about knowing how much certain things cost on average. Like, roof, new A/C, new windows, floors per sq ft, full baths etc. Does anyone in south Florida have a guideline they would like to share? My wife and I are newbies and would love to plug in some solid numbers when analyzing deals, and also would love to just network. We live in Boynton beach and looking at Boynton, DelRay and Boca.

Post: Business Credit: Physical Address

Hello all on BP, my question is this. My wife and I have started an LLC and have the documentation from our lawyer, but getting conflicting information on how to start the process of building credit for our LLC.

The sticking point is our business address. Seems like we cannot use our UPS address (we used for privacy when setting it up) but actually need a physical address.  Is that true and should we go with a virtual office to avoid giving out our home address which is where we work out of?

Thx,

Paul
