This meetup will be located at Wheezy's Bar and Grill in the Foothills (11732 Fortuna Rd) on 21MAY2021 from 6-9pm and is available to investors, real estate agents, contractors, lenders and anyone interested in learning about the real estate industry.  The outside patio is reserved for 10-15 people; ensure you RSVP prior to attending so the venue may allocate the appropriate seating and tables.  Please come and share your experiences or tips that can assist fellow attendees in their real estate journey.  BP is not responsible for any transactions that occur as a result of this meetup.  Hope to see you all there.

Thank you to everyone that attended this recent meet-up! 16APR2021 Yuma, AZ meet-up will have a guest presenter from Phoenix providing information relating to the Infinite Banking Concept (IBC). Several books to read to better inform the conversation are "What would the Rockefeller's do?" by Garret Gunderson and "Becoming your own Banker" by R. Nelson Nash. The presentation will be provided as information only and will NOT entail sales pitches of any kind. Any business transactions that arise from this meet-up are the responsibility of the parties involved and have no relation to BiggerPockets nor the REI meet-up organizer; do your due diligence before any transactions occur.
