I'm glad you could takeaway a thing or two from my experience! Also, I could not agree with you more on show # 185 with Bill Powers! I absolutely love his method of rent-to-own properties, which not only allows him to make money while investing, but also being able to help better the society, with providing the opportunity of home ownership to individuals! I am actually looking to meet with him in roughly the next month, how exciting!

Thank you so much! Has she ever helped you draft up a new lease? Currently I am only working with the general Mainstreet lease from the Equal Housing Opportunity, however, I would like a more in depth lease drafted.

It's good to know she likes to work quickly! I am currently working with another attorney who does not operate the same and it has been very frustrating.
