 You are correct, but as a guest I would ask specifically how far you are and if you make a habit of deceiving your guests that wont go over too well either. On your listing you'll probably end up writing (x minutes from y station, z minutes from ohare, etc)

Greetings! I am in the process of completing my first purchase in Chicago and was wondering if these numbers look fairly standard for title co fees. This doesn't include all the loan fees that will be coming later. Thanks in advance!!

 All rules are, as always, out the window when it is a family member willing to risk their career/license for you. I know that a plurality of questionable agent practices I've seen, the agent was friends/family with the client. 

 Interesting. So waiving it entirely is not allowed? Something is probably amiss, I'll try to find out what I'm missing (it's probably something very obvious). Cause I'd be shocked if she would risk her license and it's not like I asked her to do that either.

Nice! Glad to see we came to similar results using similar criteria. Jax, Indy and ATL were our top 3 several years ago and OKC was near the top as well.
